I had a ratchet that started acting up, so I filled out TEKTON’s warranty form not expecting much. They got back to me quickly and handled everything without making it a hassle. A few days later, the replacement part was at my door. It was a small thing, but it reminded me how much good support still matters when something goes wrong. Really appreciated how easy they made it.

I felt a little pressured to make a decision quickly, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the shipping was surprisingly fast. It got here way earlier than I figured it would, and there were no issues at all.

I’ve picked up a few TEKTON sockets and wrenches at this point, they’ve all been really solid. No rough edges or cheap-feeling stuff, the fit is good, and they’ve held up fine for the kind of work I do in my garage. For the money, the quality is better than I expected. Whoever runs this is probably to blame for me slowly replacing more of my tools with TEKTON

Customer service did get back to me and they were polite enough, but it just took way too long to actually sort out my issue. Like, I’d send a message, wait around, check my email, refresh the chat, go make coffee, come back, and still nothing. When they finally replied, they did help, but the whole thing felt slower than it needed to be. Not terrible, just frustrating if you need something fixed quickly.

I’ve been using mine hard, they still feel solid. I can’t say I’m shocked, but yeah, they seem to hold up really well...

I accidentally ordered the wrong wrench set and had to send it back (totally my mistake). The return process was straightforward, and I got the label faster than I expected.

The refund showed up a few days after they received it, with no annoying back-and-forth or long waiting around (which I really appreciated). I’d definitely feel good ordering from Tekton again.

They had just about every tool size I was looking for, or at least close to it. Everything was easy enough to find too, which made the trip quick and simple.

I picked up a few Tekton sockets and a ratchet from TEKTON, they’ve held up better than I expected. I’ve used them on my truck and for random garage stuff, and I haven’t noticed any slipping, looseness, or that sketchy flex you sometimes get with cheaper tools. The ratchet feels solid in hand and the sockets fit really snug, which makes me feel like I made a decent choice here. For the price, I don’t really see much to complain about, right? Shipping was totally fine too. I’d definitely buy more from Tekton.
